Note to self:

Two pounds of potatoes makes a LOT of gnocchi! Three medium size freezer bags worth.

It's all frozen and in the freezer now. I found a recipe for a roasted garlic cream sauce, so I'll be trying that out in the next week or so.

I did try some gnocchi with butter, salt, pepper and a little garlic powder and they were WAY yummy. They cook up really fast which will come in handy for crazy busy days and you can cook them from frozen too - BONUS!
