The cutest mini book - EVAH!!!

I've this mini book pattern for what seems like AGES, but I've recently re-discovered it. I think I got it from Two Peas in a Bucket a few years ago, but it's been a who knows. I do know that if you want your mini book to be all the same colour (pages and cover) that you can actually make it from one sheet of cardstock!

This one is made from Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette and Chocolate Chip. I stamped the snowflake (from Snow Swirled) in Chocolate Chip on Pink Pirouette and then sponged the edges, first with Pink Pirouette then with Chocolate Chip. I ticket punched the corners and matted it on a piece of Chocolate Chip, added brads and adhered it to the front of the mini book. To further embellish the front cover, I added some paper piercing using the template from the mat pack.

I tied it closed with a ribbon (white organza) and also punched a hole along the spine near the top and added a second piece of ribbon to allow the book to be hung on the tree like an ornament.

I'll be selling them, along with MANY other goodies, at the Hospital for Sick Children fund raiser that I'll be doing with Caroline on Dec. 1st.
