From the Stash and some good news!

My DH rocks my Digi world! Not only did I get ACDSee last week, this week (as we are awaiting two 750 GB hard drives to create a RAID) he's letting me use his EHD so I can create - WOOT!

Kellie Mize - Tortuga Template
Font - Impact and Century Gothic
Photography - ME!

So, this is from the stash...but I am busily creating the last LO in my Digi in Deep class over at JessicaSprague.com. It's a doozy! I got to task 5 last night and my brain was FRIED...and we haven't even got to the photo extraction yet - YIKES!

So, for now, from the stash...but within the next couple of days - SOMETHING NEW!

As for the gossip...there is none to be shared. After almost 7 years, Cherished Scrapbooks is closing. I am saddened that I won't be working with such amazing people anymore.

Thanks for stopping by!

OK. I have no idea what your first sentence or two even means. Pretty sad, I know. LOL! I'm such a techno dork!

LOL Barb! ACDSee is a filing system that lots of Digi Scrapbookers use.

A RAID drive is like a safety back up. Whatever you save to one hard drive automatically gets saved to the second. So, if one hard drive crashes, you have ALL your files etc already saved on the second. True, both could crash...but what are the odds?

An EHD is an external hard drive. Scott let me borrow his so I could get my week 4 assignment done. Problem is, the pics I have aren't working and the LO isn't "speaking to me"...I need different pics! Hey...I know...got any pics of your boys that just happen to have been taken with an all white background? Send 'em my way and I'll make you a Digi layout!

Hey Christyne. I was wondering (since you're a huge Jessica fan) if you have her second book. I've never seen it out but I just remembered that there was something very special about it. http://www.creatingkeepsakes.com/shop/item_examples.ihtml?idx=735
(look closely at the last layout)

Hey girl! Hanging in Alaska at the moment. I looked at the LO, but can't really see it all that well, so will have to wait till I am home. Don't have the new book, but REALLY want it! Will try to hunt it down on our way through Seattle.
