Daily Something...

Made this for all of you today! Well...O.K. I actually made it for me - LOL! And DH...and the kids!



Pics from Halloween last year. All digital element designed by the lovely and talented Katie Pertiet over at Designer Digitals where about 95% of my digital elements come from...LOVE the stuff I can get at Double D!

So, the kids have almost a full week of "Back to School" under their belts and (I think) are happy to be back...at least there haven't been any complaints yet - LOL!

Daily Something...

This is YESTERDAY's Daily Something...


I don't like taking pics of cards, etc in artificial light, so my solution was to wait till this morning.

This is just a simple set I created, although it won't likely be given as a set...I just had paper handy that matched and used a "recipe" from one of my Paper Crafts magazines.

The close up of the one card (Birthdays are the Best) will be given to Jonathan's and Colin's godmother who has a birthday coming up tomorrow.

Now...I have to go play Laundry Goddess (yes, even Divine Goddesses sometimes get demoted - LOL!) before I can create something today...I have something special in mind for someone EXTRA special, so I may not be able to share it with you, because I want it to be a surprise and I know he sometimes reads my blog. Guess that means I may have to create TWO somethings every day in order to work on my special project and still have something to share with you everyday!

Daily Something...

Here is my daily something for January 2nd.

The boys are LOVING the PS3 that Santa brought us for Christmas...I, however, can't wait till they go back to school so I don't have to listen to Star Wars Lego music 'round the clock - LOL!

Today, is also my Dad's birthday. He's celebrating the "something" anniversary of his 39th birthday - LOL! He does this every year...there is NO growing old for him! And, while he doesn't read my blog (not fascinating enough I guess!), I'd like to wish him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Daily Something...

Ali Edwards wrote in her blog (a little while ago) that we should try to create something everyday. At least I think that's what her post was about. On the day she created that post, she created a digi brush (for "stamping" on digi layouts) and I LOVE to use it...though I haven't used it much in the past. That may change...

My New Year's resolution this year is to create something every day. So...let's hope this layout is the start of something that I'll get to do every day. It may not always be a digi layout, but I'm hoping it will be SOMETHING!

So...this is what I created today. Pic taken today too! Love that man of mine!
